ABOUT HADAFF

One rule behind twelve years of search work.

Hadaff started from a simple frustration. Search work becomes busy very quickly — reports, fixes, content calendars, meetings — and busy is not the same as effective. The name means target, and that became the rule: know what we are trying to change before we decide what to do.

WHY HADAFF

Why Hadaff

Most search work fails for the same reason: nobody agreed what it was supposed to move. Reports get longer, task lists get fuller, and the honest answer to “did it work?” stays out of reach. We start from the other end — name the target, then work backwards to the smallest set of things that could move it.

  • One target, agreed up front

Before any work is scoped we agree the single thing this engagement is trying to change, and how we will know it moved.

  • Fewer things, done properly

A shorter list of high-value work beats a long list of activity. We would rather do five things that matter than thirty that fill a report.

  • Search and AI answers together

The same signals decide whether you rank and whether you get cited. Splitting them into separate projects makes both weaker.

OUR ETHOS, AND THE NAME

Hadaff means target. It is a simple word, but it says a lot about how we think. Work without a target can look busy and still go nowhere.

That is why we value focus, direction, and accountability. Every recommendation should have a reason. Every project should have something it is trying to move. And the work should be judged by whether it got closer to the target.

We work across SEO, content, digital marketing, and business growth, and Hadaff exists to bring those pieces closer together. We work directly with brands, and we support agencies that need specialist search capability behind their own team.

A clear target makes better work. It also makes better decisions.

Founder, Hadaff

Know the target. Then do the work.

Bring us the business goal, the search problem, or both. We will start with the evidence and work backwards from the target.
